Esprit Audio Beta Series Speaker Cable Test: g8
Like the modulation cable tested ICIthe ESPRIT Beta loudspeaker model is now in its 8th evolution and is therefore called 8G.
This multi-stranded HP cable has 20 micron silver-plated Deltron connectors. The same applies to the version with forks. Like the modulation cable, the Beta HP version now has a ferrite to mitigate the undesirable effects of microwave frequencies between 10 MHz and 500 MHz. The asymmetric air insulation and a serious progressive shield have been taken up and improved. The interconnects use partial and full shielding. Another important detail is that the Beta (s) indicate the direction of connection - a significant time-saver, especially during the break-in period, which I estimate to be about 50 hours.
